Second Semester Schedule Changes

Students were given their Second Semester schedule Wednesday during Advisory. Students that need to make changes to their schedule will need to sign up in the Counselor's office for an appointment. The deadline for schedule changes is Wednesday, December 10.

"Christmas in a Box"

The KFDI “Christmas in a Box” was a great success. Students and Parents donated a combined total of $414.61 and Stuco matched this amount by donating $415.39. This made a Grand Total of $830.00 that was donated from AHS. Congratulations to the Freshman class as they were awarded the most COTY points for donating the most money. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

COCO and CRAM

All students are invited to the Third Annual COCO and CRAM STUDY NIGHTS! This is a great time for students to get together in small study groups to study for finals. We will be set up in the commons and library from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 15th, Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th. There will be some teachers available for questions each night.

Checking out early???

Students if you plan to leave early for Christmas, your absence must be prearranged by your parent with the office at least five days prior to leaving, a written note or phone call to Mr. Baier is preferred. YOU MUST COME BY THE OFFICE TO PICK UP YOUR PINK FORM TO NOTIFIY EACH TEACHER AND TO GATHER ASSIGNMENTS PRIOR TO LEAVING. Mr. Baier will allow you to take your missed finals from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, January 2nd.

2008 SEMESTER FALL FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

2008 SEMESTER FALL FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE is posted at the office and locker sections as well as throughout the school for students.

On Wednesday, December 17th students will review for finals in their 1st – 6th hour classes and then take their 7th hour final.

On Thursday, December 18th classes will begin at 9:00, students will have their 1st, 3rd, and 5th hour finals.

On Friday, December 19th classes will begin at 7:50 students will have their 2nd, 4th and 6th hour finals and school will be dismissed at 1:00 for Christmas break.

FREE TUTORING RETURNS TO AHS!

AHS is offering free tutoring Monday through Thursday in room 107 from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. No appointment necessary and students do not have to stay the entire time. Contact Robin Anderson (218-4600 ext. 31122) or Sue Coffman (218-4600 ext. 31124) if you have any questions.

Daily Announcements...Don't say we didn't tell you...

Because we didn't!!! HA! Daily announcements are no longer read over the intercom. Students can read the announcements posted in the office or at the end of the student locker sections.
